Commercial Construction Still Booming in Las Vegas

Commercial Construction Still Booming in Las Vegas Nevada by Robert Swetz

When I first moved to Las Vegas, Nevada seven years ago I came here to do Commercial Construction.

Commercial Construction has been Booming since the late 1980s and talking with other men that worked in Las Vegas back then, they say is hasn't stopped since then. With 30 years of Commercial Construction under my belt, Las Vegas is the place to be.

I have worked on so many different jobs since I moved here jobs like, Red Rock Resort & Casino, Vegas One, MGM Residences, Venetian, The Wynn Towers, Cosmopolitan, City Center and many remodels for the major Casinos.

The market may have slowed down in the residential area, but the Commercial keeps Booming. There is no end in site.

I am working right now on a project for Cesar's Palace, brand new Casio hotel rooms running down Flamingo Road & I-15. We should rap up this job around December. The reason I went back was because of my experience, medical insurance and I need a few more years vested through the Union to collect full pension.

Not only do I build the Commercial Buildings in Las Vegas I can sell them too.

I became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Nevada 7 years ago and specialize in Commercial Buildings, and Commercial Vacant Land.

I build them and sell them!

So if you ever look up at one of those huge Skyscrapers being built along The Strip and you can see people in Bright Orange or Yellow hanging out on the edges of the open floors from 1st to 50th floor, that could be me.

And it is very possible that another day you might be walking down The Strip on a weekend and bump into me walking in front of you. Or you could be Shopping at one of the Malls or one of the Casinos on the weekend and buy some Jewelry from one of our four stores.

Or you could be in town searching for Residential or Commercial Properties and give me a call or shoot me an email before you come into town and I would be honored to drop what ever I may be doing at that time to show you some Real Estate.

As long as it's not a huge piece of glass that weighs 500 lbs hanging off the edge of a building.

So if your ever on vacation or interested in owning a piece of the Fastest Growing City in the country in the Entertainment Capital or the World, give me a shout and I will show you around. Forget the Taxi, I will pick you up at the Airport.

HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY

TONI BRAXTON SHOW/ LAS VEGAS NEVADA 3-6-2008

I purchased Toni Braxton tickets from a ticket vendor in Las Vegas one week before the show. I mentioned to the man that I wanted to get as close to the stage as possible. It was my me and my wife's wedding anniversary, and I wanted the best seats. It wasn't me and my wife's anniversary, but I thought I would give it a try.
The man I purchased the tickets from mentioned that sometimes Toni will come down in the front of the stage and sit on your lap and sing to you, I said (what ever). Several days before the show I called my family and friends and told them I was going to the Toni Braxton Show and she was going to sit on my lap and sing to me, they said your just a dreamer.
15 years ago when Toni's first CD came out there was a song that I really liked which was called Another Sad Love Song. I really liked the beat and thought it was a very sexy the way that Toni sang it. I never thought in a million years that she would be singing it to me at her show.
I have seen many shows in Las Vegas. Some of my favorites have been: Celine Dion when she played, Elton John was very good, The " O " SJubilee, Legends in concert, Zumanity was cute, Le Reve, American Superstars, The Beatles Love, and many more.
I would have to say though of all the shows that I have seen in Las Vegas, none of them can beat The Toni Braxton Show. I slow danced with her, she sat on my lap and sang my Another Sad Love Song to me, gave me a little kiss on the cheek and said thank you. A memory that will never leave my mind.
" Thank you so much Toni for being so real and down to earth"
